Manager, Reliability
Location: Indonesia
Report to: Head, Engineering & Maintenance
JOB PURPOSE:
Integrating, synergizing all function in reliability section as well as increase machine efficiency, reduce maintenance unplan down time and control maintenance cost by doing effectively advance maintenance system for PDM, hydraulic pneumatic, roll, motor & crane to ensure maintenance reliability and production run ability
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Financial
Control maintenance cost by maximize spare part lifetime through predictive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self manufacturing.
KPI Themes: Operational cost as per target/plan.
2. Operational
Establish procedures and standards for maintenance reliability system.
Ensure planning equipment testing & calibration, modification & installations, equipment trials for modifications, availability of all spare machinery material and manpower to ensure reliability equipment.
Monitor & ensure excellent maintenance performance to support machine run-ability and to achieve efficiency targets.
Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research, and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.
Monitor and ensure safety procedures are implemented in each concerned working area
Communicates with suppliers, vendors or contractors as required for equipment service, introduction of new technology, etc
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team of supervisors work together to achieve performance target
Contribute to strategic planning at division level

1. M/C Condition Monitoring System
Understand procedure and concept of m/c condition monitoring system (vibration, alignment, balancing), can give mentor to junior position to improve their capability.
2. Roll Monitoring System
Understand procedure and concept of roll monitoring system (grinding, coating, repairing), can give mentor to junior position to improve their capability.
3. Maintenance Planning & Strategy
Understand procedure and concept of Maintenance Planning activities, can give mentor to junior position to improve their capability in planning.
4. Customer Service
Understand procedure and concept of Customer Service Excellence, capable to fulfill customer's needs and satisfaction.
5. HR Management
Understand procedure and basic understanding of HR in Engineering & Maintenance Division in line with APP
